Service List

Boundary surveys determine the limits of land ownership, from small residential lots to large tracts of undeveloped land.  Typically plans are produced and lot corners are monumented to preserve the survey results.

Boundary Surveys

Land Title surveys are similar to boundary surveys although they often include a higher level of detail, sometimes including ground topography and utility mapping.  These surveys are typically required by title companies during conveyance and refinancing of commercial and industrial properties.

 

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys

Global Positioning Systems (GPS) are now being utilized to provide locations on the earth at the centimeter level.  Lloyd & Edison personnel have been utilizing GPS since the 1980’s and have experience in nearly all GPS applications, from airborne/IMU and photogrammetric GPS control and processing to sub-meter locations for GIS mapping and database development.

GPS Services

Topographic surveys are used to show the existing conditions of a parcel of land, including contours, structures, roads, trees, wetlands and even underground utilities.  These surveys are often used by engineers and architects in land planning and development.
