Lloyd & Edison was formed in 2007 to provide comprehensive professional surveying services to a wide-range of clients throughout Maine and beyond. Our professional staff consists of highly-qualified surveyors with experience utilizing the latest technology to meet the needs of each important project. Our experience includes teaming with engineers, architects, real estate firms, land title companies, public/private utilities, retail companies, state & federal agencies, land developers and residential homeowners to complete a wide variety of survey projects. The services we provide include boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM land title surveys, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, construction control, land-use planning and permitting, hydrographic surveys, engineering support and expert witness testimony. Lloyd & Edison has full GPS capability and years of experience providing geodetic and photogrammetric control on projects throughout the eastern United States. We also can provide a wide range of mapping-grade GPS services in support of GIS mapping projects. Lloyd & Edison personnel have a wealth of experience utilizing the latest technologies including real-time kinematic (RTK) GPS and robotic surveying.
